Singapore is Asia's most modern city-state — spotlessly clean, extraordinarily safe, and packed with world-class attractions. For Indian travellers, Singapore is also a visa-required destination, but the process is straightforward and approval rates are high. Here is your complete Singapore guide.

Top Things to Do in Singapore
Gardens by the Bay
The iconic Supertree Grove is best experienced at dusk during the free Garden Rhapsody light-and-sound show (7:45 pm and 8:45 pm daily). The Cloud Forest and Flower Dome conservatories are worth the ticket (SGD 28 per person). Arrive before sunset for photos as the sky turns golden behind the Supertrees.
Universal Studios Singapore
At Resorts World Sentosa, USS has 7 zones including Transformers, Minion Land, and Jurassic World. Buy tickets online (SGD 83/adult) to avoid queues. Allow a full day. The express pass (SGD 30–80 extra) is worth it during school holidays when queues hit 90 minutes.
Marina Bay Sands
The famous infinity pool is for hotel guests only, but the SkyPark Observation Deck (SGD 32) offers the same views. The casino at the base is free to enter (Indian passport holders don't pay the SGD 150 levy that Singaporeans do). ArtScience Museum next door is worth a visit for families.
Sentosa Island
Beaches (Siloso, Palawan, Tanjong), Adventure Cove Waterpark, Madame Tussauds, and the new Sensoryscape light installation make Sentosa a full-day destination. The cable car from Mount Faber is a scenic way to arrive.
Little India & Chinatown
Two of Singapore's most vibrant neighbourhoods. Little India's Mustafa Centre is a legendary 24-hour shopping complex — get electronics, spices, Indian snacks, and gold jewellery at competitive prices. Chinatown's hawker centres serve some of Singapore's best and cheapest food.
